Email Shipment Notification

Don't wait for customers to call asking for the status of their shipments. Let InSiteShip proactively let your customers know by email that their order has been shipped.

Using HTML formatting, you can provide the following information to your customers by email:

  • Your company logo
  • A personalized message
  • The customer's PO number
  • Items and quantities shipped
  • Lot and serial number information
  • Ship method
  • Date shipped
  • Tracking number!!!

Who will get the email notification?  It is up to you.  If you store an e-mail in InSiteShip for a particular ship to, the e-mail will be sent automatically when the shipment is manifested.

Do you already have the e-mail addresses stored in SyteLine or Visual?  The services group at InSite Software will map your current email addresses into InSiteShip during your implementation.
