What’s in the box? Which items are on the skid?

The InSiteShip Packing module is designed to answer these questions and more. As items are packed into their shipping container, InSiteShip records the detail of what is being packed, including lot and serial number information.

Each container is given a unique ID and a container label detailing the contents of the container.

As items are being packed, they are also validated against the order to assure that the correct items and quantities are being sent to your customer.

The contents of each container can be reviewed from directly within your SyteLine or Visual customer order screens. Now when a customer tells you that box 2 of 3 was damaged or missing, you will have immediate knowledge of what was in that box and the power to determine how to immediately help solve your customer’s problem.
