QuickShip

QuickShip is the core of the InSiteShip modular solution.

QuickShip does exactly what it suggests. In three quick steps you:

  1. Enter the order number to be shipped
  2. Click “Ship All Quantities” or enter the quantities to ship
  3. Click “Ship It!”

Your job is done!

InSiteShip does all of the following for you:

  1. Pulls the customer order data from SyteLine or Visual (customer ship to, items numbers and descriptions, quantity ordered, ship code/freight method)
  2. Gets the weight from your integrated scale
  3. Calculates the freight cost
  4. Adds surcharges if applicable
  5. Manifests the shipment to the carrier
  6. Pushes the following information back to SyteLine or Visual: number of containers; weight; freight charge to the customer; shipping/order status; updates inventory levels in SyteLine or Visual (including lot and serial number tracking); provides full shipping history of above, with tracking number and links to carrier’s website for shipping status from with your SyteLine or Visual Order Entry Screen.

QuickShip may be all you need, or it may just be the start of what InSiteShip can do to optimize your shipping operations.
